Everyone knows that the lubricants are very important, CFM presents high quality silicon oil and grease and guides you use them properly.

    矽油使用方法及保養注意事項

    1. 生產完畢在本機尚未降溫下施作。
    2. 用空氣槍及鋼刷將輪面紙屑及糊渣清潔乾淨。
    3. 將油脂加溫至100∘C左右，黏度降為4000 cst。 (未加熱時黏度約12000-13000 cst)
    4. 本機壓力釋放，壓力輪及糊輪離開瓦楞輪，使瓦楞輪慢速轉動。
    5. 用刷子沾油脂刷在輪上，使楞齒全部均勻沾上油脂即完成。
    6. 使用完成後需等待5小時以上，方能再次放入蒸氣及走車。
